Non-members - Open enrollment will be held on Monday, May 5, 2008, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Please remember:

• Campers must be 3 ½ years old by June 9, 2008
• To bring proof of identity and age to open enrollment (see brochure)
• Not to arrive before 4:30 pm for open enrollment
• You are guaranteed a week of camp if you attend open enrollment

Counselor Important dates

• Please return application and health form by April 28, 2008
• Week of May 12th - Counselor Assignments mailed
• June 8th 4:30 - 6:00 : Mandatory Counselor Training Meeting

Overview

In addition to our preschool program, Tauxemont Preschool offers one-week, Virginia-licensed camp sessions during the months of June and July, where your child can enjoy a traditional camp experience with nature hikes, camp songs, opening and closing ceremonies, and more...all within our beautiful wooded setting!

Tauxemont Nature Camp consists of 5 one-week camp sessions for children ages 3 1/2 through completion of kindergarten, and is directed by staff members Barbara Bradley, Lisa Finn and Dawn Matthews.

This camp is intended for children who are independent and can easily separate from parents and/or guardians.

Camp is held Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 11:45 am. All camp themes include elements of art, crafts, music, and movement. Nutritious snacks are provided daily.
