REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Members: Current members of Tauxemont Preschool and of the Tauxemont Community
Association (residents) are extended priority enrollment and advance registration. Complete
the registration form, include payment and send to Tauxemont Preschool attention "Nature
Camp" -or- place in the Nature Camp file folder in the upstairs classroom by April 29, 2011 to
receive priority enrollment (after April 29 non-member fees apply). TCA members prior to the
start of camp must provide proof of Identity & Age* for your camper.Non-Members: Please complete the Registration/ Health form and you must bring the form, Proof of Identity and Age*, and payment to Open Enrollment. This is held on Monday May 2, 2011 from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Tauxemont Preschool. You are guaranteed one week of camp if you attend open enrollment. Please do not arrive before 4:30.
If you cannot attend Open Enrollment in person, you may have someone register for you, however, there is a maximum limit of two families registered by one person. Mail in registrations are accepted beginning May 3rd (contact Camp Representative for space availability).
Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome packet containing an information letter including instructions for dropping off and picking up your child.
Summer 2011 Camp Fees
Non-Members -- $150.00 per session
Members (after April 30 non-member fees apply) -- $135.00 per session

Please remember before attending Open enrollment:
- Morning Campers must be 3 ½ years old by June 2011
- Afternoon Campers must be 4 years old by June 2011
- Bring proof of identity and age to open enrollment (see brochure)
- Do not arrive before 4:30 pm for open enrollment
*Proof of Identity & Age: The state of VA requires Nature Camp at Tauxemont to verify the identity and age of your child.
Proof of the child's identity may include a certified copy of the birth certificate, birth registration card, passport, copy of the
placement agreement, or other proof of your child's identity from a child placing agency. Please bring proof of identity
and age to Open Enrollment on May 3. Current Tauxemont Preschool students are exempt as they are already on file.Campers may attend more than one session, however there is a three session maximum per camper.
